1. The service
VeilSwap is an interface to an instant cryptocurrency exchange service. Orders are executed by an integrated liquidity provider. VeilSwap itself never holds custody of user funds; deposits go directly to order-specific addresses generated by the processing provider.
2. Rates and fees
For fixed-rate orders, the rate displayed at order creation is the rate you receive, provided your deposit arrives within the quoted validity window (typically 15–30 minutes). All service fees are included in the quoted amount — there are no additional or hidden charges. If the deposit window lapses, the order expires and your funds are refundable.
3. Eligibility and compliance
You must ensure that using this service is legal in your jurisdiction. The service is not offered to residents of restricted jurisdictions. Transactions may be subject to automated AML screening by the processing provider; flagged transactions may be paused pending review. You confirm that funds you send are lawfully yours.
4. User responsibility
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the payout address, memo/tag, and deposit network you provide. Sending assets on a network other than the one selected may result in permanent loss. Always verify addresses before sending.
5. Failed or expired orders
If an order cannot complete, the processing provider refunds the deposit to the refund address you supplied (or, absent one, to the address from which the deposit originated, where technically possible). Refunds are processed at the provider's timeline and may be subject to network fees.
6. Network fees
Blockchain network fees are inherent to every cryptocurrency transaction and are included in the quoted rate. If network conditions change between quote and deposit confirmation, the final amount may differ slightly from the estimate. We do not add hidden spreads beyond the rate shown at order creation.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to transact funds obtained through theft, fraud, hacking, or any activity that violates applicable law. Orders identified as involving stolen or illicit funds may be held, refunded where possible, or escalated to the relevant authorities.
8. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Exchange rates depend on third-party liquidity and network conditions. Nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeilSwap's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the service fee component of the affected order.
10. Governing language
These terms are provided in English; translated versions are for convenience only. In case of discrepancy, the English version prevails.
