Fees & rates

How much does VeilSwap charge?
We add a transparent 0.3–1% platform fee on top of the best all-in rate we find across our provider network. The quote you see is what you get — our engine picks the optimal route per order, so you never pay more than one fee layer.
Is the rate locked at order creation?
Yes. The moment you create an order, the rate is locked for the payment window (30 minutes). Even if market moves against you mid-transfer, the payout amount stays as quoted.
Are there hidden fees or deductions?
No. Network miner fees are already inside the quoted all-in rate. We do not take a cut beyond the disclosed platform fee, and we don't mark up mid-transfer.

Refunds & stuck payments

What happens if I don't send the deposit?
Nothing bad. Each order gets a unique deposit address valid for 30 minutes. If the window expires with no payment, the order auto-expires — no funds are ever held, nothing to refund.
What if my transaction is stuck or fails?
If a deposit arrives but the swap can't complete, we refund automatically to the address you sent from — no ticket, no email chase. The order page shows the refund hash when it's on the way.

Privacy & KYC

Do you require KYC or an account?
No. No account, no email, no KYC on any tier. We don't keep identity records. You provide only a destination address per order.
Do you support Monero and Zcash?
Yes — native XMR and ZEC support, both directions, no KYC gate. We aggregate providers who handle privacy coins as first-class assets, and our routes treat shielded-transparent distinctions explicitly.
Do you keep logs or store my data?
We keep the minimum needed for order processing and refund routing (order id, addresses, hashes). No identity data, no analytics profiles, and the Tor mirror gives you an additional anonymity layer.

Where does your rate come from?
We query ChangeNOW, FixedFloat, and other providers in real time and route each order to the best net payout at that second. The route is chosen per order — you always see the final amount before you commit.
